Terms of Service
Pricing:
My art prices are subject to change based on my availability to work on commissions.The Prices listed are the minimun for said commission type, meaning the price can change depending on the commission and it's type.Extra charges will be added if you want any changes after the finished product.
Payment:
I accept payment only through Paypal and in Euro €. Meaning, if you have a different currency, you'll have to convert the pricing to the amount it's worth in Euro.Example: My commission is 50€, so in USD you'd have to pay $57.
Refunds:
I do not issue refunds once I have started your order. If you would like to cancel your order before I have begun working on it, I will refund you.Once the art is completed, refunds will not be given unless I have made a grave mistake on your commissioned piece and either I am unable to redo it or you are not interested in a redone commission.
Commerical Rights:
The completed Commission willfully belong to you, however I do not allow usage of my art for profit without speaking to me firsthand. It will be up to me whether I allow it with a royalty fee or not.
NFT's and AI:
I DO not consent for my work being used in NFT's and AI, commission or not.
